Benefit Enrollment - Employee Info Tab

Access this page using Action>Benefit Enrollment. You must own the Benefit Enrollment module and be in an Open Enrollment period in order to access this page.

Use this tab to review your current Personal and Dependent information. As well view your Current Benefit Plan, Plan Options, Rate, Employer Monthly Cost, and Employee Monthly Cost. If there are any changes, you will need to update your Personal or Dependent information using the Personal menu. After reviewing your information, click the Next button to proceed through Open Enrollment process.

Fields 

Name: The system displays your full name.

Address: The system displays your current physical address.

Dependents: The system displays your dependent information that was created in the HR Management module.

• Dependent Name: The system displays your dependent's first and last name.
• Dependent Type: The system displays dependent.
• Relation: The system displays the dependent's relationship to you.
• Birthday: The system displays the dependent's birth date.
• Gender: The system displays the dependent's gender.
• Address: The system displays the dependent's physical address.
• City: The system displays the dependent's city.
• State: The system displays the dependent's state.
• Zip: The system displays the dependent's zip code.

Current Benefit Plans

• Current Benefit Plan: The system displays your current plan benefits.
• Plan Option: The system displays your current plan options.
• Rate: The system displays the benefit rate.
• Employer Monthly Cost: The system displays the employer's monthly cost.
• Employee Monthly Cost: The system displays your monthly cost for this benefit.
